The Bait Doll Cretin is naturally blind. There are 3 glowing rings on it's tail to help it see and navigate. The Bait Doll, or Voodoo doll, on it's tail casts many charms during their mating season ,which is once every 3 years. Bait Doll Cretins are very scarce.
